01.03.2009 - 31.03.2009International Outdoor Urban Art Exhibition sponsored by J&B. 20 selected artists create specific artworks to be exposed in 44 giant billboards across streets of Barcelona’s metropolitan area. ROJO®out started in 2006 as an artistic initiative with the valuable and understanding partnership of J&B. In its 3rd edition, ROJO®out displays day and night the talent of 20 international emergent artists on the streets throughout the transformation of the advertising billboards onto outdoor art canvases. A yearly one month exhibition of exclusive unpublished artworks made specifically to be displayed in 44 outdoor backlight billboards, distributed strategically through the city center, the surroundings and the most important connection routes in Barcelona, Spain.

New Brow, the documentary feature film presented by Humble Pictures in association with the Shooting Gallery and The Alternative Café, is coming to Austin, TX, March 20th and 21st, 2009. 

Despite being turned away by the acceptance committee for SXSW, New Brow and coinciding artwork will still be shown to a Texan audience, as Shooting Gallery curator Justin Giarla has put together a comprehensive body of work from artists interviewed in the film. The exhibit will run for a week, as a tribute to those who’ve made contributions to the Low Brow art movement.
